"An ordinance regulating and controlling traffic, riding,
driving and travel in the streets of the City of St. Paul and
providing punishment for the violation thereof, and repealing
all ordinances and parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith.
This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the pres-
ervation of the public peace, health and safety",

lic peace, health and safety.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul Does Ordain:
Section 1.
That Ordinance No. 7881, approved December 30, 1937, as
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by adding
to Section 85, Sub-section (a) (1), thereof, the following:
"Between the hours of 3:00 PaN, and 5:00 P.M. no person shall
park a motor vehicle on the north side of Fillmore Avenue f'rem
Raton Avenue to South Robert Street".
and by adding to Section 68, thereof the following:
"No vehicle shall be left standing at any time an the west .
service road of Johnson Parkway from the north frontage road
of Hudson Road northeasterly to Johnson Parkway".

ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the pub..
