RESOLVED, upon the appeal of Floyd Stringer, and upon
the favorable recommendation of the Board of Zoning,permission
is hereby granted Floyd Stringer to increase the size of the
existing Sky Blue Waters Motel from ten units to sixteen units,
said motel being located on Hudson Road some 300 feet west of
White Bear Avenue on the following described property: Except
south 673 feet, that part south of State Highway #12-108 of the
west 433.08 feet of the east 937.32 feet of SEM of Section 34,
Township 29, Range 22, in accordance with appellantts plans approved
November 1, 1956, and subject to strict compliance with Ordinance
No. 7862, regulating motels. 1 :

of Floyd Stringer for permit to increase the size of the existing Sky Blue
Waters Motel from 10 units to 16 units, said motel being located on Hudson Road
some 300 ft. west of White Bear Ave. on the following described property:
