Dear Council Members:
Under date of December 3, 1956, a printed copy of Coun-
cil File No. 180526 was mailed to Anton and Josefa Swit-
ala , at their last known address, 910 Farrington Street,
St. Paul 3; which resolution directed the wrecking and
removal of the two story frame dwelling and a shed on
Lot 9, Block 2, Matz 's Subdivision of Lot 11, Wilkin &
Heyward 's Outlots to St. Paul, also known as 910 Farring-
ton Street, as published in the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing
of the condemnation proceedings and the buildings have not
been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action
which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks , Playgrounds
And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck
and remove the buildings thereon, and do any and all things
therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and
adjoining property.
