install and operate a private parking lot on the north side of
Wheeler, across the street from 530 North Wheeler, in accord-
ance with plans approved November 1, 1956, subject to compliance
with the provisions of all ordinances governing the operation
of parking lots, and to the further condition that sidewalks
abutting said premises be kept clean and free of ice and snow at
all times.

Dear Sir:
This is in the matter of the application of the DeLuxe Check
Printers for a permit to establish a parking lot at 530 north
Wheeler. This property is on the north side of Wheeler across
the street from 530 N. Wheeler.
The property is described as the north 215' of the south 465' of
the east 176' of lot "A" Dickerman's Rearrangement. The zoning
is "Heavy Industry."
The property is presently used as a parking lot without a permit.
It has a frontage of 215' on Wheeler and extends to a depth of 176' .
The lot will have a capacity of 93 cars.
Field investigation discloses no objection from the standpoint of
adjacent land use or traffic.
Therefore, the Zoning Board recommends that this permit be granted
in accordance with the plans approved November 1, 1956.
