RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonly incidental to the wrecking of shack and
removal of miscellaneous debris located at 354 Chestnut Street, described as S.E.
One-half of Middle one»third of Lots 7 and 8, Block 53, Rice and Irvines Addition,
St.Paul, Minnesota, to GUY PATSY & SONS, INC. in accordance with City specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #6088 of said Guy Patsy & Sons, Inc.,
City to pay Contractor $87.00, such bid being the lowest and said Guy Patsy & Sons,
Inc. being the lowest reliable and reasonifile bidder and the Corporation Counsel
be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the
proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of
tie City of St. Paul.
