Total Amount of $0.00 Transaction: Funding Source: Financial information: (Explain) CosURevenue Budgeted: Activity Number: March 17, 2010 11:09 AM Page 1 � lo- ��� n� Sa � aul Parks and Recreation Commission _�..�P�.,�,., 300 City Hall Annex, 25 W. 4th Street, Saint Paul, MN 55102 -(651)266-6400 RESOLiTTION 10-06 WI�REAS, the Saint Paul Pazks and Recreation Commission ("Commission") is an appointed body established to advise the Mayor and City Council on long-range and city-wide matters related to Parks and Recreation; and WI-IEREAS, the City and Saint Paul Yacht Club (SPYC) entered into a Lease Agreement dated Apri127, 1999 whereby the SPYC was granted the right to operate a marina facility on said Lower and Upper Hazbors of Harriet Island: and WHEREAS, a subsequent Lease for the same premises was executed June 3, 2004 to supersede the former lease agreement, but maintained the same termination date of April 30, 2014; and WHEREAS, parties wish to extend the term of the Lease Agreement by adding an additional renewal term to facilitate funding for an improvement the SPYC will be undertaking; BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul Parks and Recreation Commission supports amending the Lease Agreement with the SPYC.
