consent of the Comptroller, to issue Purchase Order to ST. PA3JL CORRUGATING
COMPANY for five 16 ft. and two 14 ft. Sections 18" Corrugated Metal Culvert
and 12 Connecting Bands with bolts at a cost of $320.40, without advertisement
or competitive bids as this is the only source of supply and no advantage
could be gained thereby.
