RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and services
necessary for and reasonably incidental to the installation of approximately
3891 lineal feet of Concrete Curb located at Road North of. Fountain, Beulah Lane,
Van Slyke Avenue and Churchill Street, Como Park, St. Paul, Minnesota, to
PEDERSON BROS. in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto
attached and the Formal Bid #6072 of said Pederson Bros. @ $2.60 per lineal foot,
making total amount of contract approximately $10,116.60, such bid being the lowest
and said Pedersen Bros. being the lowest reliable and reasonable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract
on behalf of the City of St.Paul.
