RESOLVED, that the council concurs in the recommendation of the
Valuation Engineer that the five parcels of land to be acquired by the State
of Minnesota for an addition to the new State Office Building site, be appraised
at a nominal value of $50.00 each, said parcels being remnants acquired for but
not now actually being used for street purposes and are described in detail in
the Order of the District Court appointing commissioners in the Matter of the
Condemnation of Certain Lands in Ramsey County for a New State Office Building
in the action entitled State of Minnesota, by Miles Lord., its Attorney General,
Petitioner, vs. The City of Saint Paul, a municipal corporation, Minnie A. Bell,
et al,' Respondents.
