In the matter of changing the grade of the alleys in `f
Block 2, Edmund Rice's 4th Addition, from Sims Ave. to
Case Ave. and from Arkwright St. to the north-and-south
alley to conform to the grade as shown on the profile on
file in the Department of Public Works. Also grading and
surfacing with bituminous material the alleys in Block 2,
Edmund Rice's 4th Addition, from Sins Ave. to Case Ave.
and from Arkwright St, to the north-and-south alley to the
proposed change of grade, under Preliminary Order 177501
approved April 17, 1956, and Final Order 178349 approved
June 19, 1956.
RESOLVED,r the plans and specifications as
submitted for the above named improvement, be and the
same are hereby approved, and the Commissioner of Public
Works be and he is hereby directed to do the grading and
surfacing at an estimated cost of $3,053.00 by City lb isos ,
and that the Purchasing Agent proceed to secure the necessary
materials, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the a bove improvement,
including engineering and inspection expenses amounting to $2914.00,
