RESOLVED, that the dwelling and sheds on the West One-half of
Lot 17 and all of Lot 18, Block 2, Como Park Addition, according to the
plat thereof recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey
County, Minnesota, also described as 1024-6 Stinson Street, in Saint Paul,
were and are, by reason of their structural condition, unsafe and dangerous -
to life, limb, and adjoining property; that said structures are incapable of
reasonable repair, replacement or remodeling so ae to make the same
reasonably safe, and should be wt1ecked and removed from said land; and
it is ordered that said structures be forthwith wrecked and removed from
said land by and at the separate cost and expense of the owner, occupant,
or other person in control thereof.

Dear Sir:
The City Council requested that you draw a resolution
(no. 2) confirming the condemnation of buildings at 1024-6
Stinson St., 1028-30 Stinson St. , 1032-4 Stinson St. and 1036-8
Stinson St. , as more fully described in the attached resolutions.
As these are four separate proceedings, I suppose it will be
necessary to draw a resolution on each.
