Dear Sir:
Contract Number G-330 was awarded to the Ke a Electric
Company, Incorporated, for Electrical Construction on the Municipal
Stadium.
At the request of Commissioner Mortinson, ne otiations have
been conducted with the Contractor relative to the deletion of the
road lighting for this project, and he offers the ity a credit
under this contract in the amount of $4,100.00 for this deletion
which is a reasonable amount for the labor and mat rial involved.
It is therefore requested that a Resolution e submitted to
the Council accepting a credit to contract number -330, said
credit in the amount of $4,100.00 and for the dele ion of road
lighting.
