RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing and installinig a lowoogrowing
Hedge of sound and thriving Alpine Currant Plants along south and east side, of Water
Department St. Anthony Park Pumping Station Grounds at southeast corner of Raymond
Avenue and Scudder Street, St. Paul, Minnesota, to ELLING NURSERY in accordance
with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal $id #5904 of said .
ELLing Nursery for the contract price of $525.00, such bid being the lowest and
said Elling Nursery being the lowest reasonable and reliable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of!contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract
on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
