In the Matter of constructing a monolithic concrete sidewalk on the north side of
E. Third St. from Winthrop Walk east to the vest line of Lot 38, Blk. 4, Fooshe's East
Home Addition,
under Preliminary Order 179259 approve Augus 16, 1956
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the C mmissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby res yes:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the saidimprovement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends i$ construct a monolithic
concrete sidewalk on the north side of E. Third St. from Winthrop Walk east to the vest
line of Lot 38, Ilk. 4, Fooshe's East Hose Addition,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ •• , <-r s= ft• for 4" Monolithic
(Excavation, fill, cone. removed, root cutting, drive crossia s, etc. at extra cost)
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 25th day of
September , 19_16_, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Counc I Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner .' Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stati the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estima ed.
