RESOLVED, That the Council hereby - .proves the award of tile Contract Committee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for fuanishing all labor, material, machines,
0 tools and equipment for constructing, repairing, relaying ar reconstructing such
monolithic concrete or cement tile sidewalks and other wort incidental thereto
within Sidewalk District No. 2 as may be ordered by the Council for the current
year prior to November 1st, 1956, except such work as the ouncil may order to be
done by City Force Account, to ARRIGONI BROS., INC. in accordance with City plans
and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal!Bid #5898 of said
Arrigoni Bros., Inc. for the contract price of approx te4 82,843.70 (at unit
prices bid) plus $6627.00-Engineering and plus $1657. Forces, such bid
being the lowest and said Arrigoni Bros., Xne, being the lowest reasonable and
reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby s directed to draw up
the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City fficials hereby are
authorized t& execute said contract on behalf of the City f St. Paul.
