RESOLVED, that the use of the Arena in the St. Paul
Auditorium be given to the Woments Institute of Saint Paul

on the following dates: September 26th, Novembler ,7th,
December 5th, 1956, January 15th, April 23rd, and May 21st,
1957, upon payment of the cost of opening and operating on
said dates, not to exceed $4,200.00, and any cots in
excess of said sum shall be set up in Auditorium Fund 1021.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that in the event of th Woments
Institute furnishing the ushers for said programs, said
Institute shall receive a credit of $150,00 per day, and shall
