Dear Sir:
Contract Number G-164 was awarded to the George
J. Grant Construction Company for Foyer Remodeling in the
Theater Section of the Municipal Auditorium.
During the course of the work under this contract,
it has been found that the concrete base below the brickwork
in the outer lobby should be painted, and at thje request of
Commissioner Mortinson, negotiations have been Ionducted
with the Contractor who agrees to do this painting for the
additional sum of $52.00 which is a reasonable :amount for the
labor and material involved.
It is therefore requested that a resolution be sub-
mitted to the Council which will authorize an addition in
the amount of $52.00 to contract number G-164 to cover the
above listed work.
