Gentlemen:
We, the property owners in Blocks Eiglht (8) and Nine
ti
(9) , Mattocks Addition to the City of St. Paul) whose signatures
appear with lot and block numbers of respectivi owners adjoin-
ing on the attached Exhibits "A", "B", and "C", all of which
are a part hereof, hereby object to the installation of any
curbing on Bayard Avenue, from Snelling Avenuelto Macalaster
Avenue, and instead petition your Honorable Body to deny the
petition for sadd improvmmnt heretofore filed herein.

for installation of a curbing on Bayard Avenue, between Snelling
Avenue and Macalaster Avenue, hereby withdraw thei names as
signers in favor of the petition, and instead subm, t their names
in opposition to the installation of a curbing in aid block, and
join with the property owners listed on exhibits " " and "B" in
opposition to the installation of the curbing.
