This property is described as the south 80' of lots 13, 14 and 15 and the west 5' of the south 80' of lot 12 - block 14 - Winters Addition. This property was re-zoned to a commercial classification July 30, 1952. The property is presently vacant. The fill- ing station is being developed in conjunction wit* a proposed shopping center on the site. The property has a frontage of 124.15' on west Minnehaha and extends a distance of 80' along Chatsworth. The plans are in accordance with existing standards and field investigation discloses no objection from the standpoint of land use or traffic safety.
