Dear Sir:
This is in the matter of the application of the Continental
Oil Company for a permit to install and operate a new fili-
ing station adjacent to the north east corner of Chatsworth
and Minnehaha.
This property is described as the south 80' of lots 13, 14 and
15 and the west 5' of the south 80' of lot 12 - block 14 -
Winters Addition.
This property was re-zoned to a commercial classification
July 30, 1952. The property is presently vacant. The fill-
ing station is being developed in conjunction wit* a proposed
shopping center on the site. The property has a frontage of
124.15' on west Minnehaha and extends a distance of 80'
along Chatsworth. The plans are in accordance with existing
standards and field investigation discloses no objection from
the standpoint of land use or traffic safety.
In consideration of these factors, the Zoning Board recommends
that this permit to establish a filling station on this property
be granted.
