This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary fort the pre54 ervation of the public peace, health and safety", approved December 30, 1937, as amended. This is an amergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation ofthe public peace, health and safety. The Council of the City of Saint Paul Does Ordains Section 1. That Ordinance No. 7881, approved December 30, 1937, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by adding '. to Section 68, thereof the following: "No vehicle shall be left standing at any time on the west side of Syndicate Street from University Avenue to St. Anthony Avenue". "No vehicle shall be left standing at any time on both sides -A of Myrtle Avenue from La Salle Street to Raymond Avenue". and by deleting from Section 85, Subsection (a) (5),;jthe fol- lowing: "North side of Tenth Street from Jackson Street to Robert Street". "South side of Tenth Street from Jackson Street to 127 feet west of Jackson Street". "South side of Tenth Street from 95 feet west of Robert Street to 140 feet west of Robert Street". and by adding to Section 85, Subsection (a) (3), thereof, the following: "Between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. no person shall , at any time park a motor vehicle for a period longer,than fifteen (15) minutes on the north side of Tenth Street from Jackson Street to Robert Street". "Between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. no pereon shall at any time park a motor vehicle for a period longer than fifteen (15) minutes on the south side of Tenth Street from Jackson Street to 127 feet west of Jackson Street". 'West, side of Snelling Avenue from Schaffer Avenue to Bayard Avenue". Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the pub- lic peace, health and safety. Section 3.
