Dear Sir:
Contract Number G-215 was awarded to Kerwints, Inc.,
for Furnishing and Installing Seats in the Municipal Auditorium.
During the course of the work under this contract, it
has been found necessary for the protection of the public
to have installed double and single pipeing for railing
around the projection booth area in the second balcony.
At the request of Commissioner Mortinson, negotiations have
been conducted with the Contractor who agrees to install this
necessary railing for the sum of $385.00 which is a reasonable
amount for the labor and material involved.
It is therefore requested that a resolution be submitted
to the Council authorizing this extra to contract number G-215,
in the amount of $385.00 and to cover the work above described.
Very truly yours
