hereby authorized and instructed to execute on behalf of the
City of St. Paul a proposed Supplement to Agreement No. C-1687,
dated July 2, 1956 with the State of Minnesota, Department of
Highways,lcovering apportionment between the Department of High-
ways and the City of St. Paul for the cost of furnishing and in-
stalling traffic control signals at the intersection of West
Seventh Street (T. H. No. 49) and Kellogg Boulevard, and provid-
ing for reimbursement by the Department of Highways, State of
Minnesota, to the City of St. Paul for the proportionate share
of expenses to be borne by the Department of Highways, and be
it further
Resolved, That the proposed Supplement to Agreement No.
C-1687 and the project therein provided for are hereby ap-
proved and authorized, and the proper City officers are
authorized and directed to make and execute said proposed
Supplement to Agreement No. C-1687 as the same has been ap:r.
proved as to form by the Corporation Counsel.
