179298 .4_ Z - RESOLUTION RATIFYING AND CONFIRMINGi CONDEMNATION AND AWARDS OF DAMAGES AN i ASSESSMENT THEREFOR ° l In the matter of , opening and extending Wilson Avenue to a width of:60 ft. from the east line of Pedersen Street to the westerly line of Sun-Ray Terrace Addition No. 1, by taking and condemning that part of the north 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 Section 35, Township 29 North, Range 22 West, lying within a strip of land 60 ft. in width, the center line of which is the present center line of Wilson Avenue on the east line of Pedersen Street extended to the center line of' Wilson Avenue as platted in Sun_-_Ray Terrace Addition No. 1, under Preliminary Order 177320 , approved April 3x_ 1956 Intermediary Order 177683 , approved May 1, 1956 Final Order 178055 , approved May 29, 1956 A public hearing having been had upon the taking and condemnation of the lands or easements therein, for the above improvement, and the awards of damages therefor, and also upon the assessment of benefits therefor, and the Council having duly considered the same, now therefore be it Resolved, That the taking and condemnation Of the lands described in the annexed assessment roll, identified by the signature of the Commissioner of Finance, and made a part hereof, and the awards of damages to the owners of such lands for said taking and condemnation as set forth in said assessment roll, be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed.
