0 Street Bridge to ST. PAUL FOUNDRY & MFG. COMPANY, in accordance with City plans
and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal- Bid #5896 of- h id
St. Paul Foundry & Mfg. Company for the contract price of $14,986.72 (at unit prices
bid)(plus Engineering $450.00 and plus $300.00 Inspection by City Force) such bid
being the lowest and said St. Paul Foundry & Mfg. Company being a easonable and
reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is dire ted to draw
up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City offi ials hereby
are authorized to execute said contract in behalf of the City of St. Paul.
