This property is described as lot 1 - block 2 - Auditor's sub-division No. 73. The zoning is "Heavy Industry." No public hearing is required for the issuance of this permit. The property is presently vacant. It has a frontage of 112' on Maria and extends 160' to the west. The rear of this property is unusable due to the bluff line. The applicant's plans call for a capacity of approximately 25 cars and are drawn in accordance with existing standards. Field investi- gation discloses no objection to this proposal from the standpoint of adjacent land use or traffic.
