This property is described as lots 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29 - Block 27 - Balme's Addition to West St. Paul. The zoning is "Commercial." The property was recently re-zoned from a "C" residence to a "Commercial" classification to permit the remodeling of this filling station which was formerly in non-conforming use prior to the re-zoning. The applicant's plans are in accordance with existing standards. Field investigation discloses no objection from the standpoint of adjacent land use or traffic.
