therefor, and hereby awards contr- for the Construction of Ohio Street Sidewalk
approximately 280 feet southwest o Ethel Street to CHRISTENSEN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY,
in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the
Formal Bid #5875 of said Christensen Construction Company for the contract price of
$8,346.00(unit prices bid to be used in determining the value of any additions to or
deductions from the work as ordered by the Engineer) plus Engineering $668.00 and
plus $167.00 Inspection by City Force such bid being the lowest and said
Christensen Construction Company being allreasonable and reliable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said
contract in behalf of the City of St. Paul.
