therefor, and hereby awards con - t for the Construction of a Sewer ,in Euclid
Avenue from Wilson Ave. to Germa n Street; Wilson Ave., from Hazelwood to Euclid
Street; Hazelwood Street Old Hudson Rd to Wilson Ave. , Old Hudson Rd. Hazelwood
to 193' f West, to I. J. DONNELLY CONTRACTING COMPANY in accordance with City
plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #5877
of slid I. J. Donnelly Contracting Company for the contract price of '$18,268.00
(plus Engineering $1,462.00 and plus $365.00 Inspection by City Force), such
bid being the lowest and said I. J. Donnelly Contracting Company being a
41 1 reasonable and reliable bidder and the Copporation Counsel be and hereby is directed
to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials
hereby are authorized to execute said contract in behalf of the Cit of St. Paul.
