sewer in Duluth Street from 20 feet south of the
south line of NOverbrookw to 160 feet south of the
south line of NOverbrookN. Also constructing a
storm water sewer in Duluth Street from 12 feet south
of the south line of NOverbroeku to 172 feet south of
the south line of NOverbrooki, under Preliminary Order
C. F. 178031 approved May 25, 1956 and Final Order
C. F. 178887 approved July 24, 1956.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications
for the above named improvement as submitted by the
Commissioner of Public Works, be and the same are
hereby approved, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent
be and he is hereby directed to advertise for bids on this
improvement.
