RESOLVED, That the Council h eby approves the award of the Contract Committee

therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials -nd
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the Installation of A r
Cooling System for Municipal Court Suite, Room 1115 City Hall and Court Huse,
St. Paul, Minnesota, to ASSOCIATED MECHANICAL SERVICES in accordance with City
plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #586' of
said Associated Mechanical Services for the contract price of $4789.00, s ch
bid being the lowest and said Associated Mechanical Services being the 1 est
reasonable and rdliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed
to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials
hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of St1.Paul.
