Saint Paul and Kerwin's, Incorporated, said contract for
Furnishing and Installing Auditorium Seats in the- Municipal
Auditorium, St. Paul, Minnesota, and said extra to cover
the installation of 107 additional seats, these having
been requested by the Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium
and Museums, and agreement made with the Contractor, and a
memorandum of said kgreement having been filed with the
Comptroller and countersigned by him.

Dear Sir:
Contract Number G-215 was awarded to Kerwin's, Inc.,
for Furnishing and Installing Auditorium Seats in the Municipal
Auditorium, the contract price being $22.86 for each chair or
seat.
It has been found necessary to install 107 additional
seats under this contract, and at the request of Commissioner
Mortinson, negotiations have been conducted with Kerwin's, Inc.,
who agree to furnish and install these seats at the price quoted
of $22.86 each, making a total for 107 chairs in the amount of
$2,446.02.

It is therefore requested that a Resolution be submitted
to the Council which will authorize an addition to contract number
G-215 in the amount of $2,446.02 to cover furnishing and installing
an additional 107 seats under this contract.
