RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract
Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor,
materials and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the wrecking
of residence and removal of miscellaneous concrete work and debris located at
1115 Rondo Avenue, described as Lot 22, Block 15, Mackubin and Marshall's Addition
to Saint Paul, Saint Paul, Minnesota, to ALL STATE IMPROVING CO. in accordance
with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #5878 of said
All State Improving Co., City to pay Contractor $370.00, such bid being the lowest
and said All State Improving Co. being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said
contract on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
