RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
approves the application of Chandler B. Davis, Secretary of the
Port Authority of the City of St. Paul, for the abatement of the
general taxes for 1955 on the following described property, to wit:
Southwesterly 20 feet of Lot 1 , Block D, Robertsonts Addtn to West
Saint Paul; together with street oiling and flushing assessment,
totaling $13.82, and recommends that the Commissioner of Taxation
of the State of Minnesota cancel said taxes and assessment.
