RESOLVED, that resolution Council File 176192, approved
December 23, 1955, vacating and discontinuing as public alleys,
upon petition of James. J. Bearth and others, those portions of
alleys in Blocks 1, 2 and 3, lying south of a line which is 40
feet south of and parallel with the north line of Section 19,
Township 29 North, Range 22 West, and those portions of alleys
in Blocks 6, 7 and 8, lying north of Wheelock Parkway, all in
Gurney Highland Park, be and the same is hereby cancelled and
rescinded because of the failure of petitioners to comply with
certain of the conditions set out in said resolution.
