Dear Sir:
This is in the matter of the application of Motor Cargo Inc.
for permit to install one 10,000 gal. underground storage tank
and a pump island at their facility located on the west side of
Hampden just north of St. Anthony. The property is described
as lot 159, Hewitt's Outlots, 1st Division. The zoning is
"Light Industry."
This property is the 'site of a truck terminal which has been
used since 1946. Field investigation discloses no objection
to this proposal from the standpoint of adjacent land •use or
traffic and the Zoning Board recommends this permit be granted
in accordance with the applicant's -plans approved November 1,
1956.
