An administrative ordinance providing that all
legislative ordinances of the City of Saint Paul
passed between October 1, 1956, and the date of
publication of the proposed legislative code of
the City of Saint Paul, now in process of comple-
tion, shall, upon the adoption of the swld new
legislative code of the City of Saint Paul, be
deemed to be and shall be amendments, additions
or modifications of the said legislative code and
upon the first revision of the code the said
ordinances shall be included therein the same as
if they had been enacted as amendments, additions
or modifications thereto. This is an emergency
ordinance, rendered necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
.;R Section 1. That, it appearing that in the near future .there
is to be enacted by the City of Saint Paula legislative code
consisting of a single ordinance repealing all other ordinaneeb -^
(with exceptions) and that such single ordinance will consist
of all legislative enactments of the City of Saint Paul embodied
in one single legislative Cade, all legislative ordinances
passed by the Council of the City of Saint Paul between October 1,
1956, and the date of publication of the legislative code shall,
--- uped the adoption of the legislative code, be deemed to be and
shall be amendments, additions or modifications of the code
and, upon the first revision of the code, the said ordinances
shall be included therein, the same as if theybad been enacted
as amendments, additions or modifications thereto.
Section 2. This is an emergency ordinance rendered
necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and
safety.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
