RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the recommendation of the Purchasing
Committee in awarding centraet for furnishing all labor, materials and services necessary.
for and reasonably incidental to the wrecking of dwellings, garages, and removal of fetnces,
retaining walls, miscellaneous concrete, brick and debris located at 431 Upper Levee described
as part of Lot 29 Upper Levee Addition except the following: Commencing at a point on the
Swly line of said Lot 38.70 ft. from the Swly corner thereof; thence at an angle of 76 degrees
to the right 14 feet; thence Nwly 51.80 feet to a point on the Nwly line of said Lot, 22.27
ft. from the Nwly corner, thence to said corner, thence 52.50 ft. to point of beginning on
the Swly_ line lot 29; and 469 .Upper Levee described as Lot 37, Upper Levee Addition, Saint
Paul, Minnesota, to TRUCK CRANE SERVICE COMPANY in accordance with City specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #6017 of said Truck Crane_ Service Company,
City to pay Contractor $569.00, such bid being the lowest and said Truck Crane Service
Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby
is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials
hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
