10-266CouncilFile# ��r��� Green Sheet # 3101516 RESOLUTION Presented CITY,OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA �-� > i �'%�- � 1 WHEREAS, on February 3, 2010, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #10-129, 2 said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for collection of delinquent vacant building 3 monitoring fees re-invoiced in September 2009 (Pile No. VB0907, Assesstnent No. 108747); and 4 5 WHEREAS, the property at 768 Frank Street, being described as: 6 Dawsons Sub of B2 Terrys Add Ex N 92 Ft Lots I 1 and Lot 12 Blk 2 9 with the property identification number 28-29-22-43-0069 was assessed an amount of $1,070.00 for 10 collection of delinquent vacant building monitoring fees; and 11 12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as it was made in errar 13 by department staff. 14 15 THEREF012E, BE IT RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,070.00, plus any accrued interests, be funded 16 by the Exempt Assessment Fund.
