The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order of the
Council, known as Council File No. 179776 approved September 26, 19 56, relative to
condemning and taking for the enlargement of the Department of Public Safety Head..
quarter Grounds the following described parcels of land: Except the northeasterly
20 ft_ for street, Lot 3, Block 6, and except the northeasterly 20 ft. for street, the
