WHEREAS, on January 6, 2010, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #10-31,
said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for graffiti removal on private property from July 1 to
7uly 29, 2009 (File No. J0406P, Assessment No. 108722); and
5 WHEREAS, the property at 1876 Magnolia Avenue East, being described as:
Hazel Park Plat B Vac Alley Accruing as Vac in Abst Doc No 1809213 & Ts Doc No 562362 & Fol;
Lots 5 Thru Lot 8 Blk 5;
10 with the property identification number 26-29-22-23-0005 was assessed an amount of $150.46 for graffiti
11 removal; and

13 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was
14 made in error.

16 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
17 any accrued interest; and

19 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $150.46, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
20 Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #10-31 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
