RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and he is
herein authorised and instructed to accept on behalf of the City of
St. Paul permits issued by the Northern Pacific Railway Company and
the National Cylinder Gas Company covering the entering upon the
property of these companies, a portion of which is now in the process
of condemnation for highway purposes, for the purpose of rough grading
and constructing the roadway for DeCourcy Drive between the ltnicipal
Stadium and Lexington Avenue.
