PRELIMINARY ORDER. r
The undersigned hereby proposes the making of the following public improvement by the City of Saint Paul,viz.:
Construct a stets water rawer---in-Weids-Street from California.Avenue._to_Idaho_ __
Avenue; in a 20-foot wide easement, said easement being described as the north 20
feet of that`trat-of land lying north of Catlin's Addition and easterly of Parkway
Drive in the NE* of Section 20, Township 29 North, Range 22 West and lying between
Parkway Drive and Arcade Street, said sewer extending from the 20-foot wide easement
the'oenter'line of which is described au follows: Beginning at a point on the
north line of California Avenue, said point being ,392 feet westerly of Arcade Street;
thence northerly along Weids Street (vacated) and that tract of land lying north
of Catlin's Addition and easterly of Parkway Drive in the NEB of said Section 20
to a point on the north line of said Section 20, said point being 392 feet westerly
of- Arcade Street, to Parkway Drive; and in Parkway Drive from the 200foot wide
