WHEREAS, It is essential to the traffic needs of the County of
Ramsey and the City of St. Paul that East Avenue be improved between
Maryland Avenue and Larpenteur Avenue; and
WHEREAS, The County of Ramsey is desirous of taking over this
portion of Fast Avenue as a part of its system of County Roads; and
WHEREAS, Such action by the County of Ramsey is desirable from
the standpoint of the City of St. Paul; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City Council of the City of St. Paul approves
of and consents to the taking over by the County of Ramsey as a County
Road that portion of Fast Avenue from >lryland Avenue north to Larpenteur
Avenue.
