Dear Sir:
We have a request from the Sussel Lumber Company, 1850 Como
Ave nue, for a refund of $5.00 which is the permit fee paid
for Permit #40460 issued September 28, 1956 for a garage
at 2050 East Cottage.
This is a duplicate of Permit #38143, issued on August 28,
1956, to Phillip J. Windorski for the same garage.
Therefore, we are recommending that a refund be granted to
the S us se l Lumber Company.
