We have a request from Mrs. R. 0. Wason, 1100 N. -Dole Street,
for a refund of $5.00 which is the permit fee paid for
Permit #41201 issued October 15, 1956 to cover construction
of a garage at 1100 N. Dale Street.
This is a duplicate of Permit #40686, issued October 6, 1956,
and issued to the Sussel Lumber Company for the same garage.
Therefore, we are recommending that a refund be granted
Mrs. Wason.
