RESOLVED, that the proper city officers be and they are
hereby authorized to endorse to the County of Ramsey that certain
check in the amount of $664.10 of W. A. Lang Company, payable to
the County of Ramsey and the City of Saint Paul, being a refund
on account of rate reduction in a number of policies covering
the City Hall and Court House, the building and contents, as more
fully described in the credit memorandum pertaining thereto, with
the understanding that the County will reimburse the City for its
share of the amount hereinabove set out.

Dear Sir:
The City Council requested that you draw a resolution authorizing the
proper city officers to endorse to the County of Ramsey a certain
check in the amount of $661+.10, W. A. Lang Co. to the city and county,
being a refund on account of rate reduction in a number of policies
covering the City Hall and Court House, the building and contents,
as more fully described in the attached credit memorandum, with the
understanding that the county will reimburse the city for its share
of the above amount.
