This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety, approved December 30, 1937, as amended." That Ordinance No. 7881, approved December 30, 1937, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by deleting from Section 68, thereof, the following: "In the months of November, December, January, February and March of each year no vehicle shall be left standing on the following portions of streets: The north side of Aurora Avenue from Rice Street to Lexington Parkway. The south side of Buford Avenue from Raymond Avenue to Cleve- .-- -.. land Avenue.
