Dear Sir:
Contract Number G-328 was awarded to the Steenberg
Construction Company for General Construction of the
Municipal Stadium.
At the request of Commissioner Mortinson, negotiations
have been conducted with the Contractor relative to omitting
the glass in Doors 34 and 44 and making the doors solid
Type 3 doors, and the Contractor has offered the City a
credit in the amount of $24.28 for this change, which is
a reasonable amount for the labor and material involved.
It is therefore requested that a Resolution be sub-
mitted to the Council accepting a credit to contract
number G-328, said credit in the amount of $24.28 and
covering the above listed change.
