RESOLVED, That the Council he a. ' approves the award of the Contract Committee
O therefor and hereby awards contract for the Construction of a Sewer on Easement
on Lot 16, Block 1, Regenolds Midway Addition, to C. OMER LEAGUE in accordance
with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid
#5999 of said C. Omar League for the contract price of $970.00 (Plus Engineering
$58.00 and plus Inspection $19.00 by City Forces). such bid being the lowest
and said C. Omar League being the lowest reasonable and relidle bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authaised to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
