The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order of the
Council, known as Council File No. 178638 approved July 3, 19 , relative to
Construction of the PARKWAY DRIVE BRANCH OF THE BELT LINE SEWER
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. Said improvement is necessary and (or) desirable.
